Severino grew up in Schaffhausen, Switzerland. During his bachelor studies at the University of Zurich he discovered his passion for neuroscience and neural development.He continues to follow this passion in the Stoeckli lab where he is currently doing his master thesis which focuses on the gene CAPS and its involvment in the development of the nervous system. In his free time, he likes to cook and surf.
