Biography
During my master at UZH I got interested in the brain. After a lecture on the development of the nervous system and a block course at the Stoeckli lab, it became clear that I want to pursue this field further in my masters. In my master's thesis I investigate the developmental role of boundary cap cells (BCCs) and their involvement in neural circuit formation using genetic labeling tools and live imaging. BCCs are thought to play a crucial role in organizing the interface between the central and peripheral nervous system, potentially influencing axon guidance. In my spare time, I enjoy running of any distance and supporting both my favorite football team and my two younger brothers in their matches.
