I joined the Robinson Lab as a PhD student after working as a Research Assistant in the group. During this time I worked on scRNA-seq data from Synovial tissue in collaboration with USZ. Furthermore I developped pubassistant.ch (R shiny app to help consolidate publication profiles of researchers) and censcyt (method for differential abundance analysis in cytometry where a covariate is subject to censoring).
