Biography
Laura grew up near Winterthur and conducted her Bachelor and Master studies in Biology at the University of Zurich.
After completing her Master thesis in Genetics and Developmental Biology at the laboratory of Prof. Dr. Alex Hajnal, she continued her work and is now studying signals involved in the recognition of apoptotic cells during the process of engulfment.
In her free time she enjoys painting, playing the piano and playing volleyball.
