From the airport:

Take tram 10 from Zurich airport directly to "Milchbuck" or “Universität Irchel” (25 min.).

Another possibility is to take the train from the airport to "Zurich Hauptbahnhof" – Zurich main station (15 min.) and then connect to one of the following trams:

Tram 7 (towards “Zurich Stettbach”). Get off at the stop “Milchbuck” (15 min.).
Tram 10 (towards “Zurich Flughafen” – Zurich airport). Get off at the stop “Universität Irchel” or “Milchbuck”.
Tram 14 (towards “Zurich, Seebach”). Get off at the stop "Milchbuck" (15 min.).

Ask the driver to take you to Irchel’s taxi stand located at

Winterthurerstrasse 190, 8057 Zurich. It costs approximately CHF 45.-
