My research deals with adenovirus egress, particularly I develop tools for predictive and quantitative analyses of infected cells based on fluorescence imaging.I am currently developing artificial neural networks for identifying viral infection phenotypes in tissue samples and inferring biological mechanisms governing the infection from multiparametric image data.
