I started the PhD in April 2018. Originally, I am from Germany. In my project, I am studying the role of lipids at late stages of Adenovirus infection. I am interested in the interplay between ceramides and viral proteins, and how these interactions control the course of infection. In another project, I am looking for novel inhibitors for Herpesvirus infection.
